Tenba Messenger Bag (large size)
I am crazy about bags and backpacks of all kinds. So far I have not found the perfect photo backpack, but I have found a messenger bag that rocks! Sometimes you just need a bag to run around town or go on a short trip that does not require all your gear. That is where the Tenba Messenger bag is great. Not everyone likes a messenger bag, but with the way this one is designed, it just might be what your have been looking for. Let's take a look at the bag.

The bag comes in Black, Blue and Olive as shown above. I chose olive because I can still take it in the woods so it will still blend in. The bag is 16.5" x 13" x 6.5" and it will hold a lot of gear. What I like is it does not scream out that it is a camera bag and could be used as an everyday bag too!

The bag has a padded laptop sleeve, a fully padded photo insert that protects your camera gear (can be removed), padded shoulder strap, and over 20 pockets. I have been using this bag for about a year now and I can say it is a great bag. Inside the bag pictured I have Nikon D700, Nikon 70-200 2.8 , Tokina 50-135 2.8, and the attached Nikon 24-70 2.8 lens.

Here are all the items mentioned out of the bag. There is still 20 pockets to fill as well as a laptop that can be added. It's a great bag for today's digital photographer. One neat thing I like about the bag you can unzip the top of the bag and access your camera without opening up the front flap! I use this feature all the time while at football games or other sporting events I can quickly pull the camera out and be shooting in no time.

See, it just looks like a messenger bag!

Here is the quick access I was talking about earlier. Camera is ready to shoot and go back in the bag just as easy. I like this feature! I picked up my bag from Amazon.com for around $80 and I think it was a great purchase. This thing is built out of strong materials and should last a long time. I looked at all the other messengers out there and I thought this one was best for me, but I am sure there are other bags out there. Hope you enjoyed the review.
